I’m 6ft 195lbs and have about 8% body fat with a 33 inch waist. The large is a perfect fit. Mediums are too snug and would not recommend if you have larger legs. Great suit! I’ve got 8 of them!

I weight 153lb and am 168cm tall. By mistake I ordered a small and it was just to tight. You guys did a RMA and send me the Large very fast. I think it is just a little big but I don't like wast line things to tight. It looks good and fits very well. Thanks ps i am an older man 65yrs so not as tight or tone as i used to be. But the wife likes the way it looks....
