I purchased a pair of Tucann shorts in the 3” length this past summer and loved them. My wife decided on a last-minute trip to Hawaii a week before Black Friday, and of course, I waited to make a purchase until the last minute. I forgot the expedited shipping, but luckily, these (and another set) ended up in the mailbox as we were headed to the airport. The waist fit is great—not tight but not loose. I'd say they fit to size. The last time I ordered, the shorts fit perfectly in the thighs, but...
